Stephen W. Sobota
Founder & CEO
As founder and CEO, Stephen W. Sobota's responsibilities include the overall strategic development of the company. Steve has been in the collections business since age 18, when he started a summer job to help finance his education. He acquired a Bachelor’s degree from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and he co-founded Pierce, Hamilton & Stern (PHS) in 1983. Since then, he founded Hunter Warfield. Steve has advanced Hunter Warfield from a basement business in his family home to a company handling nearly $1 billion in debt. He is a 17 year member of ACA International, the premier association of credit and collection professionals. |

Todd Wahl
President
Todd Wahl is President Hunter Warfield, Inc., with responsibility for all aspects of the company’s sales and operations. Prior to assuming his role of President in 2009, Mr. Wahl served as Vice President of Business Operations and his responsibilities included development of work strategies and service models to ensure positive results for Hunter Warfield clients. He also had oversight of the sales, marketing, and branding initiatives for the company. Mr. Wahl has more than 18 years senior-level managerial experience in the collections industry. Previously with NCO Financial Group, he was responsible for daily operations, sales, and collections for the commercial division. Mr. Wahl attended Penn State University.

George Chambers
Vice President of Technology
George has 34 years of IT experience in managing information systems, business systems implementation, and project and business management. George joins Hunter Warfield after spending 30 years with IBM as a consultant, project executive, project manager, and business implementer. He started his career while graduating with a business degree from Elizabethtown College. He has attended numerous professional development courses that culminated with him becoming a PMI certified project manager in 1993. He was engaged in many cross industry efforts which included outsourced IT contracts in the US and Internationally spanning many industries and cultures. |

Tracy Simonton Legg
VP Multifamily Sales
Tracy Simonton Legg is responsible for the company’s multi-housing sales in North America. She has over 18 years of experience in the multi-family marketplace, and she previously worked as a Sales Manager for major software supplier RealPage. Also as Vice president at Realeum, Legg was responsible for overall product sales. She joined Hunter Warfield in November of 2004, and is the main driving force in signing many of the top clients since joining the company. |

Warren Stoller
General Counsel
Warren Stoller is General Counsel and Legal Department Manager responsible for all legal related functions which include the nationwide
management of commercial and consumer legal files and compliance within the framework of Federal, State and local laws applicable. Prior to assuming this position,
Mr. Stoller was in private law practice; nearly 30 years experience as a litigator concentrating in creditor’s rights, commercial litigation and collections.
He is a former Board of Governors member of the Commercial Law League of America, past President of CLLA Fund For Public Education and former Chair of the
League’s Eastern Region. He previously practiced law in the States of Florida, New York and Texas. He received his Bachelors degree in Political Science
from the American University of Washington, D.C.; his juris doctor from St. Mary’s University, School of Law, San Antonio, Texas; and M.B.A. from Southern
Methodist University, School of Business, Dallas, Texas. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator. |
