Hunter Warfield University (HWU) is a multi-faceted learning facility dedicated to the development, growth and success of our most important asset: our employees. It is the first ever internal university for a collection agency within the United States.
In addition to the university, Hunter Warfield practices the next evolution in modern business, which is the “The Human Capital Model,” a collection of best practices for recruiting, training, developing and retaining the best possible workforce. The model focuses on the success of the individual in conjunction with the overall success of the enterprise.

On the collections side of the business, we now have a training specialist certified by the ACA (American Collectors Association), which is the body that governs our industry. By taking our collectors through the rigorous ACA training process, we have the ability to certify them, which demonstrates they are doing it by the book and within the laws.
